Design Copyrights
All responsibility for ensuring that Designs you order from WebDesignsGURU do not violate copyrights rests with you, the client. In the event of copyright issues arising for Designs already delivered to you by WebDesignsGURU, WebDesignsGURU will modify the Designs given to you free of cost, under the same terms and conditions as the package you originally signed up for, provided you bring this to the notice of WebDesignsGURU within 30 days since the date of delivery of the design.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited to minor changes in the Design e.g. changes in the size or font of text, colors used etc. WebDesignsGURU reserves the right to determine if alteration requests from customers are within the scope of a Revision.
Delivery of Finished Work
Digital copies of the designs produced by WebDesignsGURU can be downloaded right off your order record, once the designs are ready and the order is closed. WebDesignsGURU an also ship the digital files to you on a CD for an additional cost for addresses located (International shipment rates may vary).
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with Concepts/Designs produced by us, you will be entitled for a refund of the amount you paid less a service charge of $10.00, provided you let us know right during the ‘Concept Phase’ (for Logo Designs) clearly that you are not satisfied with the Concepts and need a refund. A significant amount of effort is put into producing Concepts and Designs for each order and thus refund requests made after the ‘Concept Phase’ is over will not be honored. Similarly, refund requests have to be made known before - ‘Home Page Design’ is complete for Website Design; ‘Design Phase’ is complete for E-Mail Template and Brochure Design.

Content comprising of written text, pictorials in the form of illustrations, designs and other digital matter, data and software used in this website are the sole property of WebDesignsGURU and our respective clients. |
